I had the privilege of leading large international teams, and of growing personally in the process.
From my roots in technology, I evolved my career through IT architecture, project management and service sales, to build and lead key service units, defining strategy and shaping personnel policy.
And I have accumulated education and experience that supported me in navigating the wild world of business:
I received my executive MBA from Henley and a certificate in executive leadership from Columbia. I am a Schranner certified negotiator and a Prosci certified change practitioner. And I wrote and published a book on managing verbal aggression at work with Springer Nature Publishing.
Working across cultures has deeply enriched my life. After growing up in Hamburg, I lived in Paris, Chicago, and Bonn before moving to Amsterdam in 2010, and I had the chance to collaborate with brilliant and inspiring leaders across the globe.
Since 2012, I have studied Individual Psychology and the principles of human motivation, to understand what drives and limits us, and how we can expand our thinking.
After two extensive coaching educations, I am now deepening my understanding through MSc studies in Coaching for Behavioural Change at Henley Business School.
Motivation and goals shape our actions.
And that brings me to a simple question:

Looking back on over a quarter century in international consulting, I know that executive life is both stimulating and demanding. It can expand your world – and quietly isolate you at the same time.
There are things I wish I had understood earlier. Conversations I wish I had had. Encouragement that would have helped.
Coaching and mentoring are my way of giving back – supporting other executives as they navigate their own professional and personal life.
And I genuinely love coaching.
Helping someone gain clarity, shift perspective, build courage, and take a decisive step forward is deeply meaningful to me.
